Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks a Senior Project Manager - Sports to lead design and construction of large-scale sports facilities, including stadiums and arenas, delivering projects on time and within budget on site.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of PM experience in sports facilities, a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8–10+ years of PM experience on sports facilities.
• Strong technical and communication skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops project safety plans and provides jobsite leadership.
• Manages project controls, scheduling, and contract requirements.
• Oversees financial forecasting, billings, and deviations.
• Creates and executes quality and closeout plans.
• Leads project team, subcontracting strategy, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinates with business development for client relationships.
