Job summary

First American is seeking a SPOC Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Loss Mitigation SPOC team, overseeing Senior Collections Specialists and ensuring borrower engagement, delinquency resolution, and regulatory compliance.

You will coach and mentor the team, drive process improvements, monitor metrics, and support hiring. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years supervisory experience in mortgage servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in collections, loss mitigation or mortgage servicing.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of loss mitigation processes and borrower assistance programs.
• Understanding of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC investor guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee borrower engagement strategies as the primary SPOC for loss mitigation and collections.
• Monitor team performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improved borrower outcomes and compliance.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to SPOCs; conduct performance evaluations and development plans.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding by participating in interviews and assessing fit.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and customer experience.
