Job summary

Bone Drs Orthopedic Care in Central Texas seeks a fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our growing practice across Austin, San Marcos and Bastrop. Work in person within an established referral network and contribute to a full musculoskeletal care model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• ABOS board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery from an accredited program.
• Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Join an established orthopedic practice with a strong referral network.
• Develop and grow a high-volume spine surgery program.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and support staff.
• Participate in ownership and ancillary service opportunities as growth occurs.
