Bone Drs Orthopedic Care is seeking a fellowship trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Joint Replacement Surgeon to join our growing Central Texas practice.

Build and Grow Your Practice
Join an established orthopedic organization with the clinical infrastructure, referral relationships, and support needed for long term practice development.
Collaborative Orthopedic Environment
Work alongside specialists across multiple areas of musculoskeletal care within a practice that values collaborative diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and long term patient outcomes.
Integrated Care Beyond the Procedure
Bone Drs extends care beyond the physician visit or surgical procedure. Recover + Perform, our in-house physical therapy, performance, and recovery facility, adds another layer to the Bone Drs care model by supporting patients through rehabilitation, recovery, and return to function.
For a joint replacement surgeon, this creates a more connected patient journey from orthopedic evaluation and surgery through postoperative rehabilitation and recovery, while keeping the physician's practice firmly within the broader Bone Drs organization.
Established Clinical Infrastructure
Physicians are supported by comprehensive staff, modern facilities, onsite digital X ray, and Athena Health EMR.
