• Support a client in delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare by driving contract utilization and implementing Vizient supply chain solutions
• Partner with the Vizient Spend Executive and Category Management team to align supply chain strategies with client priorities
• Leverage analytics, contract optimization, and Vizient resources to deliver measurable value through cost savings, contract penetration, and operational improvement
• Lead execution of the client workplan while independently managing complex programs and strategic initiatives
• Cultivate strategic, trust-based relationships with client leaders
• Leverage advanced data analysis and interpretation to develop strategic recommendations
• Employ analytical storytelling to communicate findings and influence decision-making
• Oversee contract performance management across multiple categories
• Lead strategic initiatives and facilitate executive-level discussions
• Provide strategic guidance and consultation across multiple functions
• Mentor team members by promoting standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex client challenges

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required
• Experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain preferred
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate strategic insights to executive-level audiences
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and contract performance optimization
• Demonstrated leadership, facilitation, and executive-level influencing skills
• Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and mentoring team members
• Willingness to travel
