Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads all phases of speech development for the Bank president, coordinating review, research and timely preparation.
• Drafts and refines remarks that advance messaging goals with cross-functional teams.
• Manages the writing process, timelines, and briefing documents.
• Advises on tone and delivery for public remarks and speeches.
• Drafts shorter executive communications including welcoming remarks and town hall scripts.
• Contributes to internal and external Bank publications with a precise, audience-centered voice.
