Qualifications

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy (state-regulated).
• ASHA CCC certification required or in process.
• BLS/CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or management; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of speech language pathology experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and build rewarding patient relationships.
• Assist with in-service education and our speech-language pathology student program.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories along the journey.

Education

Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management

Master's or Doctorate degree preferred

CCC Certification (ASHA)

State licensure in Speech Therapy

BLS/CPR certification
