Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Senior Speech Language Pathologist to lead a dedicated team in providing expert speech-language pathology services. You will guide patients through communication challenges, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality rehab care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification as CCC required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in speech therapy or management; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of two years' SLP experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to aid recovery.
• Assist with speech-language in-service education and our student program.
• Mentor and train new colleagues and other departments as needed.
• Delegate and supervise speech therapy assistants and technicians.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
