Qualifications

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in a Critical Care, DOU or SDU setting.
• Registered Nurse license (California).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Basic Arrhythmia course required.
• Ventilator training required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately and demonstrate accountability.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans reflecting nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Document accurately and timely using hospital information systems.
