You will supervise care delivery, ensure safety, document care, and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to meet patient needs. Strong leadership, communication, and adherence to policies required; requires California RN license and BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• 1 year recent FTE experience in Critical Care, DOU or SDU or KP-approved equivalent.
• California RN license with BLS and ACLS.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update individualized care plans reflecting assessment and outcomes.
• Document nursing process accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient progress and revise plans as needed.
