Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Lead Embedded Software Engineer (Technical Lead) in the United States, NJ. The role requires strong embedded C++, RTOS experience, and hands-on leadership across complex programs.

You will drive architecture, SDLC, and hardware/software integration, mentor junior engineers, and ensure system stability with DoD security clearances and US citizenship as prerequisites. This is a full-time on-site position in West Carteret, NJ.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of embedded software development.
• Strong C++ programming skills.
• Experience with RTOS such as VxWorks or Green Hills.
• Leadership in technical projects and SDLC.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of embedded software development
• Modern C++ programming
• Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as VxWorks or Green Hills Integrity
• Hardware/Software Integration and Debugging
• Object-Oriented Design and UML (IBM Rhapsody, Cameo, or MagicDraw)
• Technical leadership, project planning, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with EVMS is a plus
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
