You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify skills requirements, build engaging programs, and measure impact with data, enabling improved performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' L&D experience, corporate preferred.
• Experience applying motivational/behavioral science in learning design.
• Ability to stay current with L&D trends and best practices.
• Strong project management to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify organizational learning needs and gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and goals aligned with business objectives.
• Design learning programs leveraging motivational and behavioral science principles.
• Develop learning interventions including digital courses, workshops, simulations, job aids, and coaching.
• Utilize technology and learning platforms to deliver and track learning experiences.
• Evaluate effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in L&D.
• Build relationships with internal SMEs, external vendors, and learning partners.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on learning opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

The HR Learning and Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that enable our organization to evolve and thrive in an ever-changing landscape. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify current and future skills requirements and develop flexible learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify organizational learning needs and gaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and goals aligned with business objectives.
• Design innovative and engaging learning programs that leverage motivational and behavioral science principles.
• Develop a variety of learning interventions, including digital courses, workshops, simulations, job aids, and coaching programs.
• Utilize technology and learning platforms to deliver and track learning experiences effectively.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating new methodologies and technologies into learning solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and learning partners to enhance learning experiences.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on learning opportunities and resources.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field required.
• Five years' proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate environment required.
• Experience in application of motivational and behavioral science principles as applied in learning design required.
• Proven ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development required.
• Project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously required.
• Working knowledge in instructional design methodologies and learning techniques.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

• Experience in application of motivational and behavioral science principles as applied in learning design preferred.
• Proven ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development preferred.
• Project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Hiring Wage:$80,169 - $104,000 annually, with opportunities for growth, promotion, and annual raises.
