Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is hiring a Sr Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis to join our manufacturing leadership. You will support weekly and monthly performance, budgeting, and long-term strategy for the business unit, driving insights that influence decisions across finance and operations.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of FP&A experience, a finance-related degree (MBA preferred), and strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and SAP reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related function.
• MBA/business analytics/finance preferred.
• 2–5 years' FP&A experience.
• Pharma experience preferred.
• Well versed with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Good understanding of financial statements and ratios.
• Knowledge of SAP (able to extract reports).
• Financial dashboards preparation with costing insights.

Responsibilities

• Supports weekly and monthly performance analysis.
• Supports budgeting and strategy for the assigned business unit.
• Analyze working capital and capital expenditure movements.
• Prepare SMART financial dashboards with key insights.
• Collaborate with functions on overhead and budget controls.
• Support monthly business performance reviews.

The Position

Supports business performance analysis on a weekly and monthly basis. Supports budgeting and strategy process of assigned business unit.

• * Critical analytical review of working capital and capital expenditures.
• * Working capital of different business activities/ segments, analysis of major deviation and other movements.
• * Preparation of SMART financial dashboards with key financial insights to enable the business heads & controllers to take business decisions.
• * Collaboration with different functions on overhead and budgetary controls.
• * Support Monthly business performance reviews.
• * Support business proposal (Capex) analysis.
• * Support annual budget and long-term strategy preparation.
• * Follow up on action items discussed during business reviews and drive to closure.
• * Review and revise product Costing

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related function.

Preference given for MBA Business analytics/ Finance

2 to 5 years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

Preferred:

• Pharma experience Preferred
• Well versed with Excel Power Point / Power BI
• Good understanding of financial statements and Ratio's Good
• Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of SAP (able to extract reports)
• Financial Dashboards preparation and provide key financial insights with product costing
