Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with 5-8 years' experience to craft enterprise-scale digital products for Banking and Financial Services. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable, user-centered solutions using Figma and AI-powered design tools.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end UX activities, building journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, and developing scalable design systems.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Expertise in UX research, interaction design, and UI design.
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools.
• Experience in banking/financial services domain preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UXUI Designer with strong experience in designing enterprisescale digital products within the Banking and Financial Services domain The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX research interaction design UI design Figma and modern AIpowered design tools This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to deliver intuitive scalable and usercentric solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend UX design activities from discovery research and ideation through design validation and delivery
• Create user journeys personas information architecture wireframes prototypes and highfidelity UI designs
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable design components
• Utilize Figma extensively for design prototyping collaboration and design handoff
• Leverage AIpowered design and productivity tools to improve design workflows and innovation
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand user needs business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Business Analysts and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend design improvements based on user feedback and insightsEnsure designs align with accessibility usability and enterprise UX standards
• Contribute to strategic design discussions and advocate for usercentered design practices

Required Skills Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional experience in UXUI Design
• Strong expertise in User Experience UX and User Interface UI design principles
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing prototyping and visual design
• Experience using AI design tools and modern design technologies
• Strong understanding of interaction design information architecture and usercentered design methodologies
• Proven experience creating user journeys wireframes mockups prototypes and highfidelity designs
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ability to interact with business users and leadership teams
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex business processes
• Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional Agile teams
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Mandatory Experience

• Banking or Financial Services industry experience is required
• Experience designing applications platforms or digital solutions within banking operations payments lending wealth management commercial banking or related financial domains

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with AgileScrum methodologies
• Experience working with distributed teams across business and technology organizations

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
