LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with 5-8 years' experience to craft enterprise-scale digital products for Banking and Financial Services. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable, user-centered solutions using Figma and AI-powered design tools.
Responsibilities include leading end-to-end UX activities, building journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, and developing scalable design systems.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
