In this position...

The Labor Affairs, Workforce Software Human Resources Analyst, US Union Affairs, is accountable for supporting the hourly workforce management project implementation alongside their IT project counterpart. The role ensures the successful launch of a new workforce management system across the US and Canada for all hourly employees. It involves close collaboration with the WFS HR Project Manager, IT partners, Operations SMEs, external consultants, and other departments. As an analyst, you will be responsible for a specific module of the workforce management application, translating business requirements and company policies to support hourly employees.

WorkForce Software is an industry leader in SaaS solutions for Workforce Management. This multi-year project aims to replace legacy systems like TWOS and Workforce One with a unified workforce management platform for hourly employees in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

You'll have...

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous manufacturing plant experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Working knowledge of TWOS and/or WF1 timekeeping applications
  • Experience with UAW Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and union contract negotiations

  • Knowledge of hourly personnel applications (HCM), hourly payroll (HRIMS), and US hourly position management
  • Data analysis skills and technological aptitude to diagnose business needs
  • Self-driven with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to influence and interface effectively with peers and UAW partners
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
