Job summary

BNY seeks a Senior Specialist, Client Service to join the Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and connect them with the right resources at BNY, while providing information on products and services across geographies.

You will address complex operational and technical requests, apply strong problem-solving, and contribute to business development by understanding client needs and offering improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in operations or client services preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear client support.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple complex client relationships and priorities.

Responsibilities

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
