Job summary

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Client Data Insights for the Client Service team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will review client, operational, and service data to identify patterns and insights, and help develop dashboards and analytics capabilities that improve decision making and client outcomes.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Data Insights to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics, visualization, CRM, or reporting platforms is a plus.
• Interest in client experience, service analytics, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
