Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience concentrated in transaction processing / investigations or related field within financial services preferred.
  • Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

  • Supports client service by responding to queries promptly and providing clear updates throughout the investigation lifecycle.
  • Solves complex problems based on system intricacies and knowledge.
  • Provides solutions to internal and external clients by integrating in-depth area knowledge with industry standards.

  • May be responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members. May be responsible for specific supervisory review, training and approval actions.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
