The role

• Own affiliate strategy end-to-end, launching and optimising high-performance campaigns that drive ROI and brand growth.
• Analyse and act fast – monitor programme performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven optimisations.
• Lead reporting and insights, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Drive long-term vision, developing scalable affiliate strategies that grow revenue, visibility, and high-impact partnerships.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4–5 years’ proven success in affiliate marketing and programme optimisation
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms (Rakuten, CJ, etc.) and partner management
• Confident in negotiating deals, building relationships, and driving performance
• Data-savvy with hands-on experience in analytics, Excel, and campaign reporting
• Comfortable with HTML and web tech fundamentals (bonus!)
