Job summary

SOSi in Reston, VA is seeking an experienced Special Programs Security Manager to oversee security for SCI and SAP programs at the Reston location with occasional travel to other SOSi sites.

The Security Manager will develop and implement security policies, manage personnel and information security for SCI/SAP activities, and coordinate with government customers to ensure compliance with DoD and IC directives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage schedule, travel, and workflow.
• Ability to obtain SAP Access.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SCIF and SAPF accreditations and TOC transfers to the CSA.
• Conduct security education and training.
• Develop and monitor security policies for SCI/SAP programs, including insider threat programs.
• Provide briefings and debriefings for personnel and travel.
• Coordinate facility access control, alarms, safes/locks and perimeter security.
• Prepare security volumes and supporting proposal materials.
