Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with minimum of 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic project management plans outlining objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones for SPD projects.
• Lead meetings with clients, architects, and general contractors to confirm and execute project plans and schedules.
• Develop project-specific safety plans and enforce safety protocols on all staff and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets to achieve or exceed targeted earnings and manage resources within budget.
• Foster inclusion, diversity, open communication, and collaboration within the SPD team.
• Engage with clients to secure business development opportunities for SPD growth.
• Review contract risks and develop risk mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
