Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a bold and dynamic Senior Agile Project Manager to steer spaceflight, design, build, test, assembly, integration, certification, launch, operations, and sustainment programs. This onsite role will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure value-driven outcomes and strong portfolio performance at our Space Station Development Facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, systems engineering, business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program agility or project management.
• Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in an agile environment and effective scheduling.
• PM principles or related coursework or certification.
• Expertise in scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira) and reporting (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans linking PBS, OBS, WBS, Risk Register, etc.
• Establish schedule, cost, resource, and scope baselines.
• Ensure financial planning, forecasting, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and deliverables.
• Maintain integrated scheduling at product, system, and module levels.
• Lead planning sessions focused on value outcomes.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Navigate engineering lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks to timelines.
• Define metrics aligned with business goals.
• Drive project control standards and portfolio realization.
