Northrop Grumman is seeking an Electrical Circuit Design Engineer – Level 4 in Dulles, VA, to perform detailed circuit design for spacecraft avionics hardware. The role requires leading design activities, component selection, and collaboration with software and CAD teams. 100% onsite with a 9/80 schedule and travel up to 10%.

Applicants must hold a STEM degree with extensive related experience and be eligible for a U.S. government Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8 years of professional experience or Master’s with 6 years or PhD with 4 years.
• Experience obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design electronic circuits with digital, mixed signal and some analog functionality for spacecraft applications.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical oversight to junior engineers.
• Perform detailed circuit analyses (WCA, PSA, FMEA, SI, Timing, Radiation) and document results.
• Select parts and alternate components; interact with CAD for layout and routing.
• Support manufacturing, breadboards, engineering models and flight units.
