Qualifications

• 10+ years in spacecraft/satellite/space systems engineering
• Advanced knowledge of spacecraft bus architectures and lifecycles
• Hands-on design, development, integration, testing, launch and sustainment
• Strong systems engineering methodologies: requirements, verification, validation, config mgmt
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering efforts across full satellite lifecycle
• Collaborate with customers, contractors and cross-functional teams
• Manage technical risk and conduct trade studies
• Prepare and present technical reports and briefings
• Mentor junior engineers and guide team development
• Represent SBGT Solutions in customer meetings and reviews
