SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Senior Satellite Bus Engineer to lead systems engineering across the full satellite lifecycle—from design through sustainment.

You will work with customers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver space solutions that meet mission requirements. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in space systems engineering, deep knowledge of spacecraft bus architectures, MBSE proficiency, and the ability to mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

• 10+ years in spacecraft, satellite, or space systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of spacecraft bus architectures and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with design, development, integration, testing, launch, and sustainment.
• Proven requirements development, verification, and validation skills.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Lead systems engineering efforts across the full satellite lifecycle.
• Evaluate spacecraft designs, products, and technical solutions for mission performance.
• Conduct analyses and trade studies to inform program decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers and present technical reports to stakeholders.
