Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 14+ years of experience or Master's degree plus 12+ years of experience.
• Extensive satellite systems engineering background.
• Experience with major government acquisition programs.
• Experience in design, manufacturing, test, and integration of space systems.
• Ability to trade studies, define interfaces, and mature requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide Government with space vehicle and sub-systems engineering input and recommended actions.
• Oversee system-level acquisition, design, manufacture, integration and test activities for space vehicles and interfaces.
• Lead risks and issue mitigation for space vehicle programs.
• Produce reports, risk assessments, and presentations for the customer.
• Coordinate with team members to identify challenges and solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions with SMEs and senior leaders.
