Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Training and Exercise Analyst to support Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. This senior role applies Space Force and Joint training experience to manage requirements, exercise design, and inputs for C-FLDCOM to support operations and theater security cooperation.

Responsibilities include planning comprehensive training plans, directing major theater exercises, and delivering readiness briefings for SPACEFOR-SOUTH, USSOUTHCOM, and the Secretary of the Air Force,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in military science, National Security, International Relations, Education/Training, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Joint/Service Exercise Planning, Military Training Management, or HQ planning.
Strong working knowledge of JTIMS, DRRS, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
TS/SCI security clearance required.
Willingness to travel TDY for regional planning conferences.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and evaluate long-range training and exercise programs for Space and Joint forces.
Coordinate JELC-based exercise objectives and tactical-to-strategic scenarios.
Lead after-action reviews and readiness assessments for major exercises.
Prepare schedules, Master Scenario Events Lists (MSEL), and planning timelines.
Collaborate with USSOUTHCOM J7 and allied partners to cover training objectives.
