Job summary

Space Systems Integration in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Space Test Engineer to support development of space hardware and software for DoD/IC missions. You will provide SETA support and lead test campaigns across satellite buses, subsystems, and ground systems.

The role demands an ABET-accredited engineering degree, 7–10 years of related experience, and an Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility. Travel up to 30% within the continental U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or PE license required.
• Proven testing experience on satellite systems and DoD/IC programs.
• Strong systems engineering and SETA background; propulsion, avionics or software domain knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and document test activities for space hardware and software.
• Develop and execute test and evaluation master plans across subsystems and ground systems.
• Coordinate with mission partners and manage test schedules and risk.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise staff on test campaigns as needed.
