Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (7) years DoD/IC experience or related field.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree or PE license.
• MA/MS/ME degree.
• Proven testing experience on satellite systems.
• Knowledge of space system engineering and manufacturing.
• DoD program management experience including development/transition.
• Experience with Schedules, risk management, and program plans.
• Experience with SOW and PWS documentation.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and Continuous Evaluation.
• Willing to meet SCI/SAP access requirements and polygraph.
• On-site, in vicinity of Kirtland NM, up to 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Supports design, interpretation, and analysis of complex test solutions.
• Plans and performs test research and development per specs.
• Evaluates architecture and tests to reduce redundancy across programs.
• Provides expertise for performance analysis and test planning.
• Executes major/minor testing; supports test engineering planning.
• Leads test master plan authoring and program test activities.
• Coordinates with partners to support milestones.
• Works independently on high-visibility program areas.
