The Aerospace Corporation in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior Engineering Specialist for the Systems Integration and Test Office (SITO). You will support flight and ground segment programs across multiple mission areas, leading system-level test planning and integration with government, FFRDC, and SETA teams.

You will direct test architecture design, data evaluation, anomaly resolution, and verification activities, ensuring end-to-end program success from requirements through on-orbit

Qualificações

• Minimum Requirements: BS degree in engineering, mathematics, or physical sciences or equivalent.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems engineering or program management.
• Current TS/SCI or Q clearance is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead spacecraft test planning and integration activities.
• Coordinate across Government, SETA, and contractor teams for fielding systems.
• Validate requirements and verification techniques during design.
• Support LEOPs, transition plans, and program reviews.
