Job summary

Aurex Defense is seeking a reliability engineer with a strong aerospace and spaceflight background to support NASA's Artemis program, performing FMEA and related analyses for launch vehicles and spacecraft.

You will review specifications, develop reliability documentation, and present results to Program Management and customers, collaborating with design teams to ensure safety and mission success.

Qualifications

• Experience with aerospace reliability methods (FMEA, PRA, FMECA).
• Ability to interpret specifications and data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spacecraft subsystems for reliability (avionics, propulsion, GN&C, comms).
• Conduct FMECA on launch vehicles at component levels.
• Support safety and mission assurance analyses and related products.
• Collaborate with design and systems engineers to meet customer requirements.
• Present results to Program Management and customers.
