Job summary

SAIC seeks an experienced Senior Integration Engineer to support modernization of space launch ranges, meet mission requirements, and enable Assured Access to Space (AATS). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and five (5) years or more experience; master’s and three (3) years or more experience; PhD or JD and zero (0) years or more experience.
• Experience with DOE/DOD in a technical engineering forum.
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes, lifecycle, and integration functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Defines discrete systems with processes to link together complex systems and components.
• Uses a breadth of knowledge in multiple engineering disciplines including systems and enterprise architecture, software and hardware engineering, and interface protocols.
• Assist in transition planning, requirements development, and architecture baselines.
• Leads development of integration and migration plans/schedules.
• Advocates for internal and external clients on architecture design to address business problems.
• Supports business process improvements or systems analysis for missions and systems requirements.
