Job summary

Toffler Associates is seeking a senior space systems engineer to lead complex engagements at our Bethesda, MD location. You will own delivery quality, engagement health, and team performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and deep knowledge of space systems, satellite subsystems, and space environment effects. You will collaborate across disciplines to turn complex problems into actionable solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
• Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• 6+ years of experience in space systems engineering, mission design, or space operations.
• Knowledge of satellite subsystems and their vulnerabilities to space environment disturbances.
• Understanding of space domain awareness approaches and systems.
• Familiarity with space environment sensing modalities.

Education
