Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required for engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree valued.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in sensing, RF or EO/IR systems.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary R&D or T&E teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex client work and ensure engagement health and quality.
• Lead and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to meet milestones.
• Maintain strong client relationships while managing risk and scope.
