Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Mission Technologies, Warfare Systems division, seeks a Space Engineer / SIGINT SME to provide systems engineering for life cycle management of ISR capabilities and related technologies. The role involves technical reviews, parameter definition, and collaboration with CORs, requirements owners, and stakeholders to improve space ISR mission effectiveness.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance required; may be subject to CI polygraph and enhanced security checks.
At least five years of SIGINT operations support experience in the past ten years.
Twelve years of relevant experience providing support services to government ISR.
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience totaling 17 years.

Responsibilities

Draft, analyze, review, advise, and assist with test and evaluation program planning and related documentation for ISR operations in space systems.
Develop detailed analyses and strategies supporting technologies and tactics for intelligence systems acquisitions and space ISR operations.
Coordinate and manage technical requirements for intelligence acquisitions and ISR mission planning analyses.
Serve as the senior technical advisor for engineering activities and guidance to ISR operations staff and stakeholders.
Track, advise, and assist with ISR organizations’ intelligence lifecycle programs aligned with priorities and requirements.
