Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the engineering focal for major spacecraft subsystems across the full lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage requirements, traceability, verifications, and system interfaces, while guiding integration and test activities.

The role requires domain expertise in one or more subsystems and offers on-site work in Centennial, Colorado or Long Beach, California, with clearance and MBSE experience highly

Qualifications

8+ years of full lifecycle aerospace or space systems engineering experience.
Experience leading a major spacecraft or aerospace subsystem through design, integration, test, and verification.
Domain expertise in at least one spacecraft subsystem (e.g., C&DH, GNC, Propulsion, Communications, Electrical Power).
Strong requirements development, decomposition, traceability, and verification experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as Systems Engineering focal for one or more spacecraft subsystems.
Lead or support subsystem integration and test activities.
Develop and manage requirements, maintain traceability, conduct trade studies.
