Job summary

BryceTech is seeking an analysis lead engineer to support SDA PWSA development. You will spearhead modeling and simulation efforts across the SDA enterprise, advising program leadership and integrating results with test data to evaluate vendor solutions against architecture needs.

The role emphasizes satellite and ground segment systems, rigorous problem-solving, and proactive gap identification in a fast-paced defense environment. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or math.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience with complex modeling, simulation and analysis tools.
• Strong requirements development and tracking experience.
• Technical understanding of satellite and ground system interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis for Enterprise using M&S toolsets.
• Establish requirements from warfighter input and verify them via analysis.
• Validate system performance against developmental and operational testing.
• Produce quick-turn analyses for external engagements and leadership.
• Translate M&S results into actionable senior management briefings.
