Job summary

BryceTech LLC is seeking a mission engineer to support the Space Development Agency regarding the Proliferated Warfighter System Architecture (PWSA) development. The role involves integrating mission requirements into operational concepts for effective outcomes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in STEM fields, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills, with experience in both requirements development and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering and math.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with complex modeling, simulation and analysis tools.
• Strong experience in requirements development and tracking.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate Warfighter needs/requests into CONOPS, OPSCON, Use Case.
• Engage with the WIC and Warfighters to define specific mission sets.
• Support the Technical Director and Front Office in external engagement.
• Develop COAs for PWSA capabilities and requirements.
• Perform functional analysis to create requirements.
