Job summary

BryceTech is seeking an analysis lead engineer to support Space Development Agency's PWSA Tranche. You will drive modeling, simulation and analysis across the SDA enterprise, translating results into senior briefing material and guiding design reviews.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in M&S, and strong communication skills. Based in Chantilly, VA, this on-site position offers exposure to DoD/IC programs, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to shape space system

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or math.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with modeling, simulation and analysis tools.
• Strong experience in requirements development and tracking.
• Technical/analytic understanding of satellite and ground system interaction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis efforts for Enterprise using M&S toolsets.
• Establishing requirements based on warfighter input.
• Verifying enterprise-level requirements through analysis.
• Validating system performance from developmental and operational testing results.
• Perform quick-turn analyses for external engagements and Front Office.
• Provide inputs and prioritization on M&S toolset updates.
• Model one or more critical mission areas: missile warning/tracking/defense or comms
