• At least 5 years of NSS-related project experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required or eligibility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for sponsor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in formulation, development, and execution of space concepts and systems.
• Provide technical interface to sponsor and project management.
• Perform systems analyses, trade studies, and analyses of alternatives.
• Create formal SE documents, reports, and presentations.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate team meetings and development.
• Develop requirements, verification, and validation plans.
• Define and manage system interfaces across subsystems.
• Oversee system-level testing and risk management.
• Deliver integrated missions, payloads, or spacecraft.
