Marotta Controls in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer for Space Systems to lead systems engineering work products such as system architecture, requirement management, and control system analysis.
You will mentor others, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. A BS in Engineering and hands-on Matlab/Simulink modeling are essential.

Qualifications
- B.S. in Engineering is required.
- 3+ years of experience with Matlab Simulink modeling and simulation.
- Actuation and/or motor-operated systems modeling & simulation experience.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, software, or applicable systems engineering.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills for multi-faceted interactions.
- Must be a US Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and perform control system simulations in MATLAB on motor-operated valves, valve systems/manifolds, solenoid valve response times.
- Prepare SDRLs and other documents related to System modeling, Plans, and other related systems engineering deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy of engineering SDRLs.
- Communicate technical and schedule problems to Engineering Manager/Director, Contracts Administrator, and Program Manager.
- Manage all duties according to company and industry standards.
