Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS security clearance
• Colorado Springs, CO location
• 10+ years in senior engineering leadership in space industry
• Strong expertise in space systems and systems engineering
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or equivalent
• Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) applications
• Ability to develop and execute technical roadmaps, manage project risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep experience with technical writing and stakeholder engagement
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects, including classified work

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of cross-domain technical solutions for space applications.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Translate client requirements into functional specifications for the team.
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations to gain stakeholder buy-in.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for projects.
• Shape the technical roadmap with product teams and milestones.
• Ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Communicate progress clearly to customers, management, and stakeholders.
• Support growth teams with technical content for RFIs/RFQs and proposals.
