Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company seeks a Space Portfolio Solution Architect (PSA) to lead technical solutions across a Federal Space portfolio. The role emphasizes architecture, lifecycle, and alignment with customer mission requirements, while collaborating with capture teams and program leadership.

The PSA will drive technology roadmaps, participate in strategy sessions, and mentor engineers, ensuring compliance with security and enterprise standards in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading solutions for federal Space opportunities and proposals.
• Experience supporting customers such as USSF, AFRL, NASA, NOAA, or other DoD/IC Space organizations.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering for Space Systems, Digital Engineering, and Government acquisition processes.
• Experience supporting capture, proposal, and business development activities.
• Must have ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and integration of solutions across a portfolio of federal Space programs and projects.
• Ensure consistency, standardization, and reuse of architectures across the portfolio.
• Align portfolio solutions with enterprise strategies and customer mission requirements.
• Develop portfolio-level technology roadmaps and modernization strategies.
• Engage with federal customers and support capture, proposals, and technical responses.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across solution architects and engineers.
