Job summary

You will analyze test data, collaborate with R&D and manufacturing, and help drive design and manufacturing improvements for multi-junction solar cells for space missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in R&D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop both theoretical and practical knowledge of environmental tests for qualification and reliability testing of multi-junction solar cells.
• Design and utilize electrical circuitry and hardware to enable environmental testing of solar cell devices.
• Gain expertise in test equipment and methods used to characterize solar cell performance.
• Plan, manage, and execute qualification, confidence, and reliability testing campaigns for new solar cell technologies.
