Job summary

Muon Space is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead classified space programs for U.S. Government national security customers. You will own cost, schedule, and technical performance across the full lifecycle, interfacing with government teams and cross-functional Muon groups in a high-autonomy setting.

You will drive program execution in a secure environment, manage CDRLs, and ensure ITAR/EAR compliance while pursuing growth through proposal-ready artifacts and captured opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management on complex aerospace/defense programs.
• Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance or current Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship; ITAR-restricted program.
• Experience with government contracts: SOW, CDRL, milestones.
• Experience running programs in cleared environments.
• Domain experience with EO/IR, RF payload or mission systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the program's cost, schedule, and technical baselines end-to-end.
• Maintain integrated master schedule, cost baseline, and risk registers.
• Lead formal program events and deliverable reviews.
• Interface with Government customers and technical reps; manage data deliverables.
