Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee performance and day-to-day execution of large aerospace subsystems or small-to-medium payloads. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, interfacing with customers through reviews and milestone events.

The ideal candidate has extensive program management experience in aerospace, with DoD/Space Force engagement and proven cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in a relevant engineering field from an accredited university.
• Experience managing aerospace programs and government/military customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead program performance and execution for a large subsystem or payload.
• Serve as single point of contact for customer program reviews.
• Establish baselines, integrated master plans, and resource-loaded schedules.
