Job summary

GAP Solutions is seeking an Experienced Professional to lead space planning, workplace initiatives, FF&E, security, and infrastructure projects across NIH facilities in Rockville, MD. You will manage schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination for office and laboratory environments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 11–13 years of related experience, plus strong communication and executive presentation skills. Government credentials and facility access are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 11–13 years of related project-management experience.
• Experience with facility infrastructure and lab/office environments.
• Strong scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to obtain government credentials and facility access.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage facility-related projects including renovations and relocations.
• Develop schedules, budgets, milestones, and documentation.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
• Monitor status, risks, scope, cost, and quality; propose mitigations.
• Provide tech support for critical environments and ensure continuity.
• Prepare reports, risk registers, and closeout documentation.
