Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. seeks a seasoned Exercise Planning Analyst to support the MD 9 Staff at Schriever SFB. The role involves directing concept development, coordinating with HQ and joint commands, and managing exercise readiness through the SPAFORGEN cycle.

You will maintain planning artifacts, track action items, and ensure proper synchronization of space operations with other warfighting domains. Requires US citizenship and a Top-Security clearance, with 8+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Security clearance.
• Safeguards classified or sensitive information and/or files.
• 8+ years of experience with military exercise planning, space operations, or space intelligence.
• Experience as an exercise controller or scenario manager.
• Experience with space domain operations (OW, EW, SDA).
• Experience developing planning artifacts (AARs).
• Experience supporting a Combative Command or a joint command.
• Knowledge of Space domain operations and their integration with other warfighting domains.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in directed concept development, exercise planning, and execution events requiring MD 9 support.
• Serve as liaison between MD 9 units by documenting and tracking action items and due-outs.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure synchronization of planning, force sourcing, and resources.
• Track unit readiness requirements per SPAFORGEN cycle timelines.
• Maintain the MD 9 Exercise Planning Guide and related artifacts.
• Manage exercise-related taskers using TMT on NIPR and SIPR, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
