Job summary

Peraton in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced PSYOP Exercise Planner to support joint, multinational exercises on-site at Peterson SFB, CO. You will review strategies and doctrines, help develop exercise planning documentation, and validate PSYOP participation across commands.

The role requires US citizenship and a active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver instruction, contribute to curriculum development, and coordinate with interagency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• PSYOP (37A/37F) MOS or sister-service equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years PSYOP planning/execution supporting Combatant Commands or JTFs.
• Expert knowledge of joint operations, OIE, CONOP development.
• U.S. Citizenship and DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on national strategies and joint doctrine.
• Support exercise planning docs; identify resource requirements.
• Develop PSYOP knowledge through research and instruction.
• Lead outreach and integration of scientific applications in PSYOP.
• Provide continuity to advanced influence courses for the military client.
• Serve as PSYOP subject-matter expert and advisor.
• Mentor service members in PSYOP during exercises.
• Develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial propaganda.
• Create training curricula for military audiences.
• Integrate interagency and IC perspectives into planning.
