Delta Solutions & Strategies in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Senior General and Operations Manager to support US Space Force SSC Space Sensing activities at Los Angeles AFB in El Segundo. You will lead task order management, personnel, program integration, transition, quality, cost, schedule, and performance execution to deliver high‑quality mission outcomes.

The role requires senior‑level leadership, strong written and verbal communication, and experience coordinating government and contractor

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Experience managing complex Government support services or contracts.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, cost, schedule, quality and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, writing and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical or analytical tasks and integrate inputs from stakeholders.
• Provide management and oversight of contractor activities supporting Space Sensing.
• Coordinate staffing, transition, security, financial, quality and performance activities.
• Monitor risk, cost control, forecasting, and status reporting.
• Maintain effective communication between Government leadership and contractors.
